Optimize project management processes, build digital knowledge base and AI analysis tools, drive consultant team efficiency improvement and cross-regional resource integration.

  • 10 years of consulting company operation management background
  • Proficient in lean operations, digital transformation, agile organizational design
  • Lead the development of the company's internal case database

Peter Zhou | Office Director (Hong Kong)

Core Responsibilities

Coordinate the allocation of resources of the two headquarters, build a network of political and business relations, and lead major regional events and crisis response.

  • 7 years of administrative comprehensive management experience, proficient in Chinese, English and French
  • Familiar with the business environment of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area/Yangtze River Delta
